Buy or Bolt’s calculator runs in your browser. We do not receive, store, or sell the financial figures you enter.
What stays on this page
Income, spending, savings goals, home price, and calculator assumptions are processed locally for the open page only. Buy or Bolt does not save those entries in local storage, so a reload or a new visit starts clean.
What we do not collect
This version has no account system, database, advertising pixels, session-replay tools, or financial-data analytics.
Sharing
If you choose “Send the receipt,” your browser creates a card containing the home price, verdict, estimated monthly change, all-in cost, and savings impact. It does not include your income, ZIP code, address, debts, or investment balance. Nothing is shared until you choose a destination in your device’s share sheet. On browsers without sharing support, the button downloads the image and tries to copy the message and site link to your clipboard. You choose where to paste or send them.
Loading the website
Cloudflare delivers the site and may process ordinary connection data such as your IP address and requested URL. The calculator requests a mortgage-rate average without sending your financial inputs. The home page loads fonts directly from Buy or Bolt. Contacting us by email shares your email address and whatever you include in the message.
Site usage and performance
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits and page performance. A Cloudflare script collects usage and performance measurements, such as page views and loading times. According to Cloudflare, this service does not use cookies or local storage to measure visits, or fingerprint visitors. It is separate from the connection data Cloudflare processes to deliver and secure the website.
We do not send your calculator entries or financial results as analytics events. You do not need to provide an email address to use the calculator. Read how Cloudflare Web Analytics works and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Changes
If we add tools that change how information is handled, we will update this page before using them.
That includes advertising. No Google advertising code is currently loaded on the site. Before enabling it, we’ll explain the advertising data and cookies involved and provide the required privacy choices.
